any expectation. The only thing we really knew were the names of the
golf courses that were intended for us to play. From the outset I
must say that the quality of the accommodation, food and wine was truly

chosen by Todd for us to play, that were stunning in every respect. When
playing these magnificent courses we had the pleasure of playing with
two Tour Pros - Todd and Josh. Not only were they great company, they
enthralled us with their golfing skills and were truly helpful with
their advice and golfing tips which will stay with us forever.
Having not been to New Zealand before, we were amazed by the spectacular natural beauty of the New Zealand scenery. “In February 2010 I had the privilege and pleasure
to experience a Horizon Golf Tour. From the superb accommodation in
Lake Taupo, and the hills of Hawkes Bay, to the gourmet cooking, the
wine tours, jet boating and fishing trips (to say nothing of the helicopter
scenic flights) and some of the most scenic golf courses in New Zealand,
the experience was uniformly first class.
Were it only 5 star accommodation, and food to die for, I would say that it was a good experience, however what made it a great experience was the enthusiasm and professionalism of Horizon’s Principle, Mr Todd Nicholson, and his colleague Josh Carmichael. Both are amenable to all suggestions, and the benefits of playing with a touring Professional are a must for any aspiring golfer.
Both New Zealand and the noble sport of golf were well represented by Todd and Josh, and I can only conclude by saying that I look forward to my next Horizon golfing experience.”
